Netlogon will not start with error 5737

So, I was hit by the mousebm and worm_rbot.cbj worms but followed the
directions from trend to remove them. I even cleaned the registry and reset
everything according to the instructions but even though my system seems to
be clean, I am unable to re-enable dcom (it goes back to disabled when I
reboot), netlogon will not start, dns will not start and I cannot make
outgoing dns requests or outgoing connections in internet explorer even if I
use just the IP address.

What am I missing?
