NETCFv35.Messages.xx.wm.cab for dutch WM?

device. Please install 'NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab' for Windows Mobile 5.0
and above or 'NETCFv35.Messages.EN.cab' for other platforms. Restart the
application to see the message."

I installed NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab but I still get the above error.
My HTC P6300 has WM5 - dutch version.
It might be a language problem. But I don't find a dutch version of
NETCFv35.Messages in C:\Program
Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\CompactFramework\v3.5\WindowsCE\Diagnostics.

Who can help?

My problem is isn't the same problem as in the blog post.
I started the ".NetCF Logging configuration" from "Power toys for compact
framework 3.5".
Here is my log:

Loading module [\Programmabestanden\OPSWM\System.SR.dll]
Loading module [\Programmabestanden\OPSWM\System.SR.exe]
Attempt to load [\Programmabestanden\OPSWM\System.SR.exe] has failed (err
0x80001000).
Loading module [\Windows\System.SR.dll]
Loading module [\Windows\System.SR.exe]
Attempt to load [\Windows\System.SR.exe] has failed (err 0x80001000).

So it finds System.SR.DLL but doesn't find System.SR.EXE?

Forget last post.
The proposed solution works fine.
I didn't notice that the installed file System.SR.dll in \windows was
different in size from the "SYCCFA~1.001" in NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab
(C:\Program
Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\CompactFramework\v3.5\WindowsCE\Diagnostics)
