I am in Spain and I have an ADSL internet service.Since
yesterday whenever I try to connect to the internet I get a
message that file "netcfg.hlp" can not be found.I did not
delete anything since yesterday.I located the file on the
internet using a dial up connection and Movell advices on
how to imstall the file but I can not get to "Windows
program manager" with Windows XP in order to follow
Novells' instructions.
What is the equivalent of "Windows Program Manager" in XP?

the xp equivalent of program manager is explorer but
program manager was only on earlier versions of windows
so the file u hav located may not work.however you could
try it.but if this doesn't work i would reccommend that
you reinstall ur driver and software for ur adsl
modem.also if i was u i would always disconnect the
telephone line from ur comp when ur not using the
internet as it's better to be safe than sorry.
