Netbeui XP with SP1

Hi,

We have an application that requires Netbeui to be the
default protocol, we have managed to get this working with
XP. We have now installed service Pack 1 and the
connectivity no longer works. I have checked the netbeui
related files and the SP has no updated them ( or updated
the lanaman registry settings ).

Does anyone have any idea what else I could check for ?

I don't know if this will do the job, but it's worth a try:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Click Advanced | Advanced Settings.
3. In the upper window, click the network connection.
4. In the lower window, click NetBEUI, then click the up arrow to make
it the first binding. Do that for each appearance of NetBEUI.
