Net2phone

WinMe - IE6
When I click Tools one of the items is Net2Phone.
I never intentionally downloaded the program and it does not appear in
Program Files folder. Neither in Add/Remove programs.
Search for files does not show NET2Phone however search for "containing
text" shows it all over the computer in various Windows files.
Is there any way to get rid of it?
It would not bother me except that I am looking for a reason why on the exit
from the browser (but not OE) computer hangs for about 20-30 sec.
