net watche for XP

I used to use net watcher in Win 98.
Now I have XP Pro, and this does not seem to be there

Is there a freeware prog that shows the files that a computer has open on
the network?
My computer is the server, and I would like to see what files my assistant
has open with always having to bug her, "What are you working on now?"
 
Try this:

Right click on My Computer and select Manage to open the Management
Console. Double-click on Shared Folders on the left-hand side. This will
show Shares, Sessions, and Open Files. Click on Open Files and the list on
the right should show the files opened by network users.
