Net use

Help!
I have a pier to pier network & one pc is sharing a
printer for the other two pc's.
I am trying to print from a DOS program over to the
shared printer.
the DOS program will only print to ltp1.
how do i use the "net use" command to print to the shared
printer?
Or am I going about this the wrong way?

Try "net use LPT1: \\otherpc\printer"

"net help use" gives a fuller description of the syntax.
 
Ron,
I have tried the net use command but for what ever reason
it is not working with XP pro.
Any other suggestions?
