I've been gettng errors with event ID 62, prompting me to
use the net time /setsntp command to set our PDC time
aginst an outside source.

By typing this command, will it synch time once or does
this command start a service?

What are the security risks involved with synching to an
outside server (the us navy's time server)?

I don't know anything about this, so thanks in advance for
any help.
