I've discovered that NET SEND command line doesn't work
(and NET NAME list is blank) until the MESSENGER service
is RE-started. Yes, it is started when the system comes
up, but for some reason, a "restart" or stop/start wakes
up the list. then a Net Name properly shows the alias
names on the system, and the system can receive net send
messages from others...
Any ideas why??
