.Net Runtime Error in EventLog

Hello,

I have the following event in my event log,
Event Type: Error
Event Source: .NET Runtime
Event Category: None
Description:
.NET Runtime version 1.1.4322.573- Setup Error: Failed to load resources
from resource file Please check your Setup.

Does any one know the root cause of this, or what it means...
Is this a runtime install problem or an application install problem?
I have seen other posts about this message, but now answers...

I am getting this same error and can also find almost nothing on the
net about it. Probably because it is not solvable ;-)
I have an application that is running on a Windows 2000 machine
without .NET installed on it. My app is a Polling application written
in VB.NET using console/windows forms with one DLL associated with
it. It works fine on machines that have the .NET 1.1 framework
installed, but when I post it to the LIVE machine that does not have
..NET, after like 2-3 days of polling it gets the same message. The
system resources used be the app are minimal at this point, it doesn't
even have to be doing anything to get the error, just polling. I
though it was maybe some sort or recursive problem due to the fact
that I am polling every 60 seconds, but I'm not convinced that is it.
I think its just a .NET bug!

Please post something or fire an email sans the -No-Spam if you find
an answer to your problem.
