Net.Logon Service

XP Pro net.logon service will no longer start.
error 10106: The requested service provider could not be
loaded or initialized.
When I do a restore all is back to normal until
I 'shutdown.' Next bootup, it won't start.
The Net.Logon executable path is C:\WINDOWS\System32
\lsass.exe
Help please.

make sure workstation service starts first.
