.net Install on SBS

Does anyone know of any issues with installing the Studio.net 2003 on an SBS
server? I am concerned about disturbing IIS and other services. Having my
development environment on the server will allow me to to real-time testing
via terminal services.

AFAIK, there are no issues. That's not to say that theere arent any, but I
haven't come across any.
