.Net framework 2.0 for vista

Hello all,

i'm a system administrator and have some problems using specific software
for windows Vista Business.

This software needs .Net framework 2.0 to work, version 1.1 and 3.5 red.
wont work.

But problem is that i'm not able to find a compatible download for vista.
Al nthe version i've found are supported up to Windows 2003 XX..

Can some one help me for this problem:
getting vista compatible .net framework V2.0
some other version

Hello benj,

Vista already includes version 3.0 of the .Net framework which is a superset
of .Net 2.0

Some applications require a specific .NET framework, and don't recognize 3.5
as a supercession. Anyone know of a work-around or plans for Microsoft to
make a Vista compatable version for .NET 2.0? The word on Microsofts website
for .NET 3.5 is that it installs 1.0 and 2.0, but it doesn't.
