.Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Can anyone help please, after downloading this update, it
changed my start up/log on screen, it would only
say 'welcome' and not my log in details, I tried control
panel/ user accounts but it would not revert back. I did
a system restore and got my screen back, downloaded the
update again, and again it won't let me log on and just
says 'welcome'. thanks

I am having the same problem, Caz. Did you have program on your PC before
you downloaded and installed SP1. Apparently, I did. The SP1 showed up on
Windows Update and was successfully installed, but it still shows just 1.1 on
my Add/Remove listings. If you get a answer on getting the Welcome Screen
back, please post back here and tell me what you did to retrieve it.
