Just use Windows Update - it should install it for you.
Otherwise, make sure you are looking for .NET 1.1 downloads.

Its the puncuation injection attack prevention detection algolrithm.

On a more seroius note, its considered a bit rude at minimum to use so much careless punctuation.
You might also consider changing your e-mail address.

You'd better try to help the others instead of preeching.

Thats just it - yelling at people (!!!!!!) and being rude is not going to encourage anyone to help you. I
dont know the answer to your question - but I do know that others reading your message is it is are not
encourage to assist you.

Someone who really wants to help dose it ,no matter what kind of
punctuation is used and someone who dosen;t really want to help **OR** wants
to only post something to advertise his website ,then pays attention to
punctuation..

Ive tried to help you - I've tried to tell you that your message was rude. But you just dont seem to get it.
Its not about if your Enlish or Grammer is perfect.

But its universally rude when people write messages in all capitals or use !!!!!!! after every
sentence. In any language.

If you want people to help you, its helpful to be polite. If you go to the hospital with a minor cut
and start yelling at the nurses, they arent likely to help you.
