directory that you can simply copy to a machine without
the framework. No machine rebooting, no registry entries.
A typical Windows Forms app usually results in a 6MB zip
file. A sample is provided on the website.

Do you know of a cheaper way to do this? I was looking
for a small (less than 7 MB) install file that I just
include with my other Inno Setup (freeware) file.
