.NET CF Design Guidlenes

Hi,

I would require some good documents on Design Guidelines
in .NET Compact Framework.

I am planning to develop application using .NET CF which
will be used by POCKETPC 2003.

I would require some good url's specifically how would i
go about doing my Low level design. I went thru various
websites where I found information like I need to do
double buffering etc etc..I would like to get these kind
of design guidelines.
