.NET 1.1 to 2.0 Differences

Does anyone know of some MS documentation that has an overview of the major
changes between .NET 1.1 and 2.0, especially new technologies or features.

I don't need to know details, such as those listed in .NET Framework V2.0
Obsolete API List or Breaking Changes in .NET Framework 2.0.

For example, it's supposed to have new functionality for supporting multiple
languages in a single web application, but I can't find anything about it on
the MS website using their search tools.

There are a number of "What's New" pages in the v2.0 .NET SDK
documentation.
