Nested Tab Controls

I am creating a 3 page Wizard using a Tab Control with 3 Pages. On page 3 I
wish to have another tab control with 5 tabs on it. However I appear to be
unable to place this second tab control on Page 3. Does Access not allow
nested tab controls?

No, you cannot place a tab control in the page of another tab control.

However, you can place a subform on the page of a tab control, and the
subform can have its own tab control.
