nero driver and file cleanup + registry

I have installed and removed nero b/c of some problems with drivers and other
programs interfering and nero said that for nero to work properly i must
download these tools to clean the nero things out among other reg keys and
drivers and other programs that interfere with nero and such. I have to get
The infotool, cleantools, reg clean tool and all other tools if their are
any. Can anyone please send me these tools through to this e-mail through

i cannot dl the tools from nero b/c of a interfering proxy that i must not disable or turnoff or my network will come under attack or screw up. it would help if someone can send them to me which is the only way i can dl them.
