Needed: Notemanager - Databaseprogram

Goodday,

In order to keep my stylesheets, htmlcodes and javascripts needly
organised, i am looking for a kind of notemanager or similar program
that has several tabs side by side; i like to be able to edit and
view an code next to another.

for example:
in the explorer editor
note: tab1- tab2 - tab3;

Does someone has any usefull links, please!?
