Need a DVD Player Software something akin to PowerDVD. Thanks. J

You should try Media Player Classic. It has DVD playing abbilities,
and in-built mpeg2 decoding, so you don't need external mpeg2 decoder.

I think he meant one that also decrypts commercial ones.

I use MediaPlayer Classic to play my commercial DVDs all the time. I use
it in conjunction with the Coda Codec Pack:

Unlike my commercial DVD player (Winfast DVD, which I removed), it
*never* locks up during a movie. And even though it doesn't have a
bookmark feature (yet, that is - I hope it eventually gets added) there
is a slider bar that you can use to get back to where you were. You can
also use the "goto" (Play/Go To...) feature I suppose, but I've never
tried it.

BSPlayer used the same codec as Winfast if memory is right, so it was
always locking up to. Maybe that's changed.

Commercial ones? That's the idea. However, I recommend using MPEG2 codec
from coda codec pack, rather than the one built in Media Player Classic.

Thanks before anyone replied I was able to download a codec package that
allows play of commercial CD's using MP'r
Thanks to all anyway.
