Need Your Help

I have a Pentium III 600 Mhz, 384 Sdram, 32MB Video Card, Windows XP
Professional.
The problem that I am having is that my internet connection pops up
automatically when I start up my computer. A message appears saying that
"you or a program has requested information from crl.verisign.com which
connection do you want to use".
When my computer is on and I recieve calls at my home phone it
interferes sounding like a fax is transmitting.

check your printer or any other machine u have conneted
to your comp

For some reason your computer is trying to dial out and
verify a certificate collected by internet explorer.
Check you internet explorer tools > options > content >
certificates and the advanced internet settings.
