Will your hardware support XP or 2000? Device drivers available for
everything, enough disk space and memory? Don't paint yourself into a
corner....and no, even if you could do an in place upgrade, which from Win95
you cannot, I wouldn't recommend it - always best to back up your data, do a
clean install, restore data & reinstall needed apps.
