Need to tranfer documents to new version of word.

Documents are saved in version 4 of microsoft word. Files are the saved on
floppy disks. How do you get this old word version to open up in word 2000 or
current new version of word.

Just copy them to your hard drive and open them from there.
(You might want to put them in a separate folder to make
them easier to find and identify.) I don't think the current
version of Word should have any problems opening them.
(There might be some issues with foreign-language
characters.)
