Need to retreive e-mail after deleting user account

I deleted a user account that I haven't been using not knowing it was
deleting also all my e-mail and contacts. When prompted to save files, I said
no. Is there any way I can retreive those e-mail. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

Deleting an account shouldn't affect your data. What type of account was
it?
 
Thanks for replying. it was the first user that I set up when I first
purchased the laptop, now that I think about it, it might have set it up as
the administrator. Then I gave that laptop to my wife to use and set up her
user account. When I deleted the first, all her e-mail was gone. I open
Microsoft Outlook and it asks to for all the info as if it's the first time I
use it.

Deleting a Windows user profile certainly would delete all the mail data it
contained. If you need it back, your best bet is an nndelete utility like:
