Hi ,
I have a very critical printing incidence,
At one of my customer's premises, we need to print two copies of
every invoice, and we need to direct each copy to different tray of the
HP 4250tn printer.
Can you suggest anything that I can do to achieve this?
Or do you know any software that have the feature to avail it?
Please guide ASAP

When you set up the print job, you should be able to use the Print
Preferences to designate the paper tray from which the printer is to
draw the paper.

I think he knows how to draw the paper. His trouble is he doesn't know
if it's possible to send two copies of the same invoice to two different
trays.

One easy choice is to install the same printer twice - one the default tray
#1 and the other with default tray #2. That is probably easier than having
to change the paper source with one printer installation. If this will work
depends on the software from which the documents are being printed. Some
programs include the selection of paper tray in the page setup. When
hitting the print icon, some immediately run the printer and don't bring up
the printer dialogue box that permits a choice of which installed printer to
use.
