Need to re-enter saved passwords

I'm using windows xp and office 2003. When I open Outlook, i have to enter
my password even after it has been saved.

It started happening when i removed some programs.

I've seen others with similar problems, but no good solution. Has this been
fixed yet?

Please help.

Thanks for your reply.

I tried that without success.

I just tried a fix by JeePee i found on another string and it worked. I
added %USERPROFILE% in a user shell folder. It fixed my problem right away.
