You used to be able to do this in Outlook 2000, but apprently not in 2003.

I have several hundred folders in a PST file (each folder is a client) I
need to print out a list of all those folders and give it my secretary so she
can do some data entry with it.

Now in Windows Explorer there are several command prompt things I could do
or add on programs that will print a list of the directory structure. No such
animal for Outlook.

Sure I could print screen the outlook window and then dump the image in word
but that would take forever.

So basically I need to print out the directory structure of the folders in
my Personal Folders List in Outlook 2003

Much appreciation of your help in advace!

Charles on a preliminary check I did not see a way of doing this either in
2003. A solution for you may be to actual export/import the PST file into
your secretary's Outlook giving her direct access to the data so she can do
the data entry needed. However this would give her access to the contents
as well.

The other solution it seems is to do the screen prints as you already know.

*sigh* I was afraid there isn't going to be a solution, seems like such
a simple thing. Perhaps in Longhorn.

I can't even find any 3rd party software add-ins on the Internet that
would do this.

Thanks anyway

Charles
