Need to move decimal to the left two spaces

I have a row with the number 9.10. I need the 9.10 to become 910. Ca
someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks
 
1. Put 100 into an open cell.
2. Copy the cell.
3. Select the row with 9.10.
4. Go to Edit > Paste Special > Multiply
