Need to merge two worksheets w a common data column

Good morning. I have read the earlier posts on this topic, but my formula is
still not working.

I have 2 sheets with ten columns.

First sheet: Acct ID, Acct Name, Acct Type, Dlr Sls Terr, Dlr Sls Reg,
LName, FName, Title, Phone, Email

The second sheet has the same exact column headings. Sheet one contains
principal contact info and sheet two contains service manager contact info,
for the same dealer (Acct ID).

So what I need to do is add Sheet 2 LName, FName, Title, Phone and Email to
sheet one so I have one spreadsheet with dealer principal and service manager
contact info on it.

Sheet 2 is 143 rows long. Should I change the column headings on sheet 2 to
be different from sheet 1 except for Acct ID?

Please help with the formula. I'm stumped.

Thank you and hope you're having a great day.

It would be helpful to know exactly what you want to achieve other than just
copying the data from sheet2 and appending it to sheet1 (which, presumably,
is not the desired outcome)

Hi , no. It's not a simple copy paste function. The number of rows is not
equal. There are not equal numbers of contact info for principal and service
manager. I have to combine the contact info from both spreadsheets into one
spreadsheet with both contacts in the same row. So for a given account I
will have both the principal and the service manager's last name, first name,
title, phone and email.

Wish it was as easy as copy and paste. Actually I have the feeling it's
really pretty easy but it's just not click for me. ... not getting the
formula right.

I guess then you could do something with a macro which sequentially reads the
Acct ID from Sheet1, then finds the same value in Sheet2 and copies the rest
of the data to the same row
