Matching Columns in work sheets and copying both rows to new

I am trying to match up two different spread sheets based on one column but
to copy both rows to a new sheet.

eg. First sheet has the following headings:
"Owner Group
" "Owner CC
" "Type
" "Product Categorization Tier 2
" "Product Categorization Tier 3
" "Device Name
" "Status
" "Model Number
" "Mfg. Name
" "CI ID
" "Old Asset ID
" "Serial Number
" "Region
" "Country
" "Site
" "Building
" "Floor
" "Room
" "Rack
" "Rack U Pos
" "Purch CC
" "PO Number
" "SAP Asset ID
" "Created
" "Last Modified
"

Second sheet has the following:
Server Name
IP
Location
HW / VIC
ENV
OS
Domain/DNS
Asset ID
Application CI
DL to Notify
Service Owner
Service Impact
OPSware
PAM
Solidcore
Security Template
Backup Required and installed
SCOM

The Device Name and Server Name is what I would like to find a match for and
then copy both rows into one in a separate sheet. A sort and copy paste does
not help as Sheet 1 has more information than required so they do not match
up row by row.

Both sheets have somewhere around 10,000 rows so doing this manually I hope
is not my only option.

Any assistance is appreciated!

I did not see "Server Name" in the first sheet. How about doing a Vlookup
command on Device to add information from 2nd sheet to 1st sheet. Is the
device dup in 2nd sheet?
