Need to know how to make single space the default in outlook mail

When I send a new message to an outlook recipient, the message screen is set
to double space. I go to Format, Paragraphs, Indent and Spacing and change
the "After" from Auto to 0 pt. This gives me single space in my message
text. Is there some way to make this the default so I don't have to go
through all that every time I wrie an email?

Hi Bingo,
I have come across this a few times with some users here. If you are using
word as your e-mail editor turn it off. It is probably a setting inside Word
somewhere, but this fixes it. Another fix would be to send all e-mail and
replies in plain text format. Hope this helps.
