This Q should be posted to a group that supports your version of Win, or
seek help on your Laptop manufacturers site, its nothing to do with Outlook.
That been said its probably a case of rolling back the driver on the device
that is shown with the yellow warning triangle in System Devices.
In future dont install drivers from MS update
