need to get the details of the email header to copy in email body

Apparetly the email header is a string of characaters and symbols showing
date,time path the email was sent - I need to get this from an email for
proof of sending information

You need to always state what version of Outlook that you are using
when asking for help.

With the e-mail message open, click View | Options and the internet header
will appear in a box at the bottom -- you can copy and paste from there.
