Hi. I am a 6th grade math teacher. I need to take a file that contains names and student numbers and standardized test scores of all 1000 5th graders in our city, find from that list the 200 who came to our middle school, and make a new list that contains their names and test scores. I have an Excel list of names and student numbers of the current 6th graders, and also a worksheet of all of the 5th grade data. How do I cull out the 200 that I need along with their data?? Can anyone do something like this?
