How do I download Outlook to my Microsoft Office 2007 Home/Student.

How do I do that? Will it cost me anything?
 
Outlook is not included with Microsoft Office 2007 Home & Student edition.
You will need to purchase Outlook 2007 by itself.

You bought the wrong version of Office 2007 because it doesn't include
Outlook. You could check if you can return the Home & Student edition
and apply its refund towards the other versions that do include Outlook;
otherwise, now you'll have to buy a standalone copy of Outlook 2007
