Need to create a history table

I am in a quandry in trying to create an Access table that will hold
historical data of employees (i.e. wage increases, absenteeism, job movement,
etc.) I would appreciate any tips I could get.
 
Have you done a search? Look for previous posts using the term "audit
trail". You should find many helpful posts.
