Need to assign rights to folders on multiple workstations

Situation: I have 50 Windows XP clients, all of whom need Full Control rights
assigned to a specific folder on their local workstations. I'd like to do
this remotely, if possible. Suggestions? I'm not fond of the idea of
office-hopping to get this done.

Clients log into a DC running Windows Server 2003.
