Need to add spanish accents to existing spanish words in english f

I have a hundred Spanish phrases & sentences scattered through 50 pages of
English writing. I would like to just highlight the Spanish words have have
Word (2003 or 2007) add the diacritical marks. Is there a way? Thanks
