Need to add another user to outlook

Hi, I am using the Outlook task manager on a pc that has multiple users all
on the one pc profile. Can I set up Outlook to make folders (or the like) for
separate users of the task manager and journal or are we stuck with just one
assigned user of outlook?

Use the mail applet in the control panel, with OL closed, to create a new
Profile with new data file.
This will be completely seperate to your existing data file
