need to add a new email alias

how do I add/set up a new email alias in the "send message using" drop down
box in the message options section of outlook? I want to be able to change
the email address I am using for outgoing emails depending on who I'm sending
to (ex: using my my business vs my private email address--and that is the
address the recipient sees the email coming from). My ISP/email account
provider will support outlook express but will not help me with outlook
questions...Thanks if you can help!

That dropdown is to select an different email account, not a different email
"alias."
