need the background of my incoming messages to be white.

How can I set up my outlook to where all messages coming in will have the
background white. right now they are all coming in gray and printing gray.

Go to TOOLS, then Options, then choose the Mail Format. Next to Stationary
and Fonts, choose "NONE", close and restart outlook.
