I would almost be certain that template would not be a Microsoft Access
database template and that you'd have a better chance in a newsgroup devoted
to whatever product you are using. Microsoft has sponsored newsgroups,
similar to this, for MS Publisher and MS Word. Microsoft Access database
software is the topic of this newsgroup.
(I suspect relatively few of us are all that familiar with some particular
person's training course.)
