I am looking for a template which can be used to track the progression of an
enquiry as it is followed up, then turned into a quote and unltimately into
an order
suggested fields are as follows:-

Customer name
Address

Quote reference
link into copy of quote ( if possible)
follow up details
date , who spoken to, action ( Initials of internal person being actioned)
date order received
special instructions
expected order dispatch
date of dispatch
