Need supplier of Formulabs ink in Canada

Anyone know of a supplier of Formulabs bulk ink or even refill ink in
Canada?

Formulabs in the US offered to send me gallon-sized containers; but
anything that large would just "expire" way before I used it up.

AtlanticInkjet uses Formulabs ink for their refill kits and bulk ink
bottles. Unless it's changed, their compatible cartridges are bought in
bulk from another supplier, so I recommend you stick with bulk ink and
refill kits.

They have a good reputation for quality ink and supplies, and their
prices are reasonable. You can find them at:

Is this fact? I found a thread in this newsgroup, back in March,
that they no longer used Formulabs. So I don't know who to believe.

Yes, but if you're unsure, just send them an email and confirm it.

If it's the thread I think it is, then that thread refers to AtlanticInk
which is a DIFFERENT company based in the UK. It is not related to the
CDN/US companies, even though the names are very similar.

Amazing! You're memory is stronger than my eyesight. I just re-read
the thread and it indeed does say "Atlantic Inks" and not "Atlantic
Inkjet" inks. Thanks, Bill!

No problem...I remember posting to that thread about the same topic,
that's why I remembered it.

Once again, there are TWO companies with similar names, one in Canada
and the US, and the other company is in the UK.

AtlanticINKJET here in Canada with their sister company in the US.

Atlantic INKS is a UK based company with no ties to the other.

Note the difference.

Last time I checked, they still used Formulabs and they clarified the
difference between the two separate companies.

Hey, I suspected this!

I noticed a strong color mismatch (not dark enough) with my last order
of inks. Just looking at two filled cartridges - one a Canon and the
other from Atlantic showed a paler yellow. Results soon confirmed my
suspicions: I have had to set the brightness on my printer to "dark" now
in order to get the same result I got from Canon's inks with printer set
to "normal" before. So I have the same frustrated question: Anyone know
of a source of first rate Formulabs ink in Canada? Printing's tough
enough without fiddling with ink problems.

just be warned Formulabs Canon Photo Magenta is as bad as the yellow you got
from Atlantic (clear visual difference in colour density), and their Magenta
is a bit off too (ok for colour but not BW)

When I need any real quality I have to use Canon Photo Magenta in my i9950.
