Need Special Control

I would like to know if someone knows where can I buy a combox control that
will allow me to select 1) Line Color, 2) Dash Style, 3) Line Thickness and
4) Hash Pattern. Something like what is shown in the following link:

I don't require anything fancy. I just hate to have to create this myself
since I don't have the time at this moment. Thank you.
