Need some help with my website

My website badly needed a few updates, and I enabled Frontpage support
a week ago on the server and starting updating them. But when I was
finished and started testing it in different browsers, it went haywire!
The website worked fine in Firefox, but in IE, my webpages were
scrolling from right to left continously for some weird reason. Even if
I clicked on the links, it would take me to the new page, and the new
page would start to scroll from right to left!! My brother in law said
it has something to do with a master key or something, but I don't know
what he's talking about. Can anybody help me out? My website is

And by scrolling I mean the whole page would start to move from right
to left automatically as soon as the page loaded.. just like a
powerpoint animation..any help would be appreciated..thanks!
