I reformated my drive, I have daul boot win95 & W2K, (had
this setup for 3 years) I CAN GET INTO W2K AFTER
INSTALLING, when I reboot or shut down sytem then restart
later I get
"Windows could not start because following file is missing
or corrupt WINNT\System32\Config\Systemced start up
option for w2k"

I used emergency repair disc, got into w2k but when I
restart I get same message,

I viewed the WINNT\System32 file from win95 This is what
was in it
[AppEvent.Evt, Default, Default.sav, Sam, SecEvent.Evt,
Security, Software, Software.Sav, SysEvent.Evt, System,
System.alt, System.sav, Userdiff]

Once you're in to win2k, try sfc /scannow from a command prompt and see
what's corrupted.
