Need query for # of days delinquent and amount due

I need to find out how to set up a query/report to tell me how many days
deliquent a client is in paying their account, ie. 0-30 days, 31-60 days,
61-90 days etc... AND how much is due

You can try a crosstab with PARTITION (see the help file under that
word).
